Brio hardware is longlasting. All components go through rigorous endurance testing. 2Fold® folding doors only use hardware that has passed these tests with flying colors.
CORROSION RESISTANCE
Prior to use, specialists conduct extensive corrosion resistance tests in an industry-standard salt spray chamber. Brio constructs all components using 304 series stainless steel except cast items, which use 316 series.
Brio is one of the few global companies to passivate all visual stainless steel surfaces and electro-polish all cast stainless components. These processes greatly reduce and can even eliminate surface discoloration often referred to as ‘tea staining’.
BRIO SCREEN DOOR
The 2Fold™ door system uses Brio hinges and pivots. Brio also provides a first-rate pleated screen door system. It neatly tucks away behind the jambs of the door frame. So, it is only visible when you want it to be . . . when the door is completely open.
